- Kindly note that a nominal service charge of 15 AED may be applicable for return pick-up services.

- Perfumes and cosmetics cannot be returned if their seal has been broken, owing to hygiene standards.
- Products valued at less than 100 AED are not eligible for returns.
- Electronic items, due to their sensitive nature, are classified as non-returnable. However, in the case of a manufacturer defect, we are more than willing to facilitate a return.
Geographical Range:
Our return policy specifically applies to items delivered within the UAE. For international orders, we maintain a separate international return policy that you can refer to.
